Weight loss and Inches lost!! Whoo hoo!!

Sooo, I know that most you are probably tired of seeing all the hype about Advocare these days, (and if you are, feel free to skip) but for those of you who want to know more, CHECK THIS OUT for another testimony!

On April 1st, I started the 24 DAY CHALLENGE. Our engagement pictures were scheduled for the 22nd so it was time to get down to business! I wanted to be in shape and feel confident to be in front of the camera. You only do this once so I wanted to look my best!

While we are on pictures, thank you sooooo much Scott for doing such a wonderful job!!

The first week, I couldn't believe the difference in my ENERGY level! For over a year now, I have been battling tension and cluster headaches. With these headaches, many sleepless nights have followed and with no sleep comes no energy to do anything, and barely even make it through the day. BOO! 

I am completely AMAZED at my energy level now! I mean I cannot even begin to describe how much energy I have and how much I am LOVING it! More than anything I am thrilled to say that my headaches have even subsided and GUESS WHAT? That means SLEEP for Ashley! Whoo hoo! Praise the Lord and thank you Jesus!!!

As of day 24, I have lost a total of 6 pounds and several inches have melted off my waist!!  These brown capri pants below have just been hanging in my closet for some time now because they have been a little too snug for my liking.. Saturday, I tried them on thinking I would FINALLY be able to wear them.. well, I could get them on but now they are a little too BIG in the waist!

I am so EXCITED about the results I have gotten. Not only with the weight loss, but with the energy, I'm sleeping better, my body feels better, AND I am more CONFIDENT in my clothes. Not to mention, bathing suit season is here and I won't be dreading getting in that bikini like I always have in the past!



I'm totally going out of my comfort zone here posting these pics but here it goes!!! AHHHH!

I am sooo HAPPY and THANKFUL I started this challenge! Advocare has certainly changed things for my life and it can do the same for you!! Can NOT wait to do it again in 3 months!!!
