Fallyn // 8 Months

Fallyn, you turned 8 months on December 27th. We cannot believe how quickly time is flying by! You were seriously so much fun at Christmas! It was so exciting and so much fun to see you and Finley together opening gifts and sharing the holiday together. 

This post is mostly all about Christmas it seems like, but there are so many other pictures of you and Finley and the family, my goal is to do another post just Christmas for you and Finley.

I can't believe how much you have changed from the last week of December to now!

You love to be in the floor with all that freedom to get to your toys and scoot around wherever we are!

I cannot tell people enough how much you love this blanket. When I lay you down in your crib to for nap time, and you aren't asleep yet, you crawl to it and just grab handfuls of it and smash it up to your face.

I busted out laughing when I saw this picture! Your face is like "Are we seriously in this place again?!" I feel you little girl.

Passed out in the nursery. Finley is doing so well wanting to go in after worship and you seem to be adjusting too. I think its just too much noise for you sometimes to be able to fall asleep but you had no trouble this Sunday before Christmas.

Christmas Eve we went to Tracie's for the Hopper Christmas.You and Fin Fin both had a big basket full of stuff from Gamma and Pa.

Mommy remembered to take yalls pajamas because I knew it would be late getting y'all to bed. You tried so hard to make it before we left but you were so tired.

Normally, we don't go anywhere on Christmas Day, but Mimi and Big Pops asked if we could come over in the afternoon, so we packed up and went for a visit! They had a huge surprise for you two!

Fallyn // Week 34

We had our Christmas early in the month of December at Mama Jane's. Everyone had a wonderful time and it was just great being together and spending time with one another! My sweet babes are getting so big! Love you in your sequin hair bow and shoes. This is one of the few times your shoes have stayed on. You had so many from Finley and getting more of your own but they just don't stay on.

We had our salon Christmas Party at Whitney's house. It was loads of fun and you did so good! You and Karo had some fun together before it was time to go! 

All cozied up with your lovey and Paci. You don't really take it but sometimes you chew on it now that you have been teething more.

Love this shirt and your little bow to match. You have so much hair on the top you can wear clip in hairbows! This is a 6 month shirt you are rocking right here.. still so tiny to be 8 months!

Fallyn // Week 33

Happy baby before Mommy leaves for work! Your smile is so big and gorgeous!

You and Fin Fin playing! You still enjoy this walker for the most part but sometimes you get really fussy about it and want to get out!

On December 9 2017, you saw your first snow!! It was also one of Finley's first that I thought she would be so excited about. She didn't really care for it and wanted to watch Elmo!

It was SO COLD holding this door open to get the snow in the background!

Finley was here.. she wanted you to wear this headband.

On December 10, I went to get you up and you were sitting up like a big girl in your crib! You had been trying for quite sometime to sit up by yourself but you would still use your hands for support. Just has happy as could be!

Hanging out with Mommy while I got ready! Everyone is staying warm by the heater.. Kyli loves it! She loves to also lick you right on the mouth! Yuck! I have to get onto her all the time. Bless her heart.

Mommy picked up this headband for you from the Cracker Barrel. Dressed a little early for Valentine's Day!

Fin Fin loves her muffins and so do you!! Muffins with Daddy.

One of the few times you have held your bottle! I try all the time for you to hold it on your own but you won't unless sometimes it's a 4 ounce bottle.

I had to do something in the kitchen and I heard Finley just a talking.. I peeped around the corner 

and she was reading to you. It was the sweetest thing!

Then I tried to get it on video and Mara came running around in the foyer and made y'all both look up and Finley stopped reading.

I check on you constantly during nap time and this is how I found you once. I couldn't help but to chuckle because I sleep with a blanket over my head too.

We went over to Mimi and Big Pops one afternoon to make Gingerbread houses.. It was so much fun but I am definitely not a professional at that. I think you are very used to your crib to nap in because you wouldn't go to sleep with us downstairs... so I laid you in the pack and play upstairs and you went to sleep and took a very good nap.
