More Engagement Pics

I had SOOO many SWEET comments yesterday on our engagement picture I posted in the Sunday Social post, and a request for more, so here they are!

It doesn't look like it from the pictures, but it was one of the most WINDIEST days ever!

I am happy to say that Scott Greene Photography, from my hometown, took our pics and he is also shooting our wedding! Check out his work... The shots he captures are absolutely amazing!

This is absolutely one of my faves! I love how the firewood is in the background. It has been there for a while now and I didn't even realize it would be in the shot until we saw them.

This shot was used for our Save the Date magnet we sent out to our guests.

Having a little goofy time here..

 Coach's Mom revamped the love seat for us. It couldn't have been more perfect.

And because I love Pinterest so much I had to try this pose! I saw a picture similar to this and couldn't resist.

All of these, (except for the first few), were taken around our house on the property. I had Coach carve the tree stump the day before, his Mom had the picnic basket and quilt from home, and I bought the flowers the day of. 

Myras Daisy Designs made the Save the Date banner.. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and had pictured!

Despite the wind and cold front that had moved in, it was still a perfect day and such a fun time.

Today, I went and visited my sweet friend Jessica and her husband Teddy. They just had a beautiful baby girl. 

Meet Alexia Grace.

She had just gotten her tummy full.

She is absolutely precious and I am so glad I was able to go visit today! 

 She even opened her eyes for me for a few minutes! 

I think she looks just like her Mama!

Mom and baby are both doing well.
She and Teddy are going to be awesome parents!

Sunday Social-- End of Summer

It's been back to school for most everyone by now I think, summer is coming to an end, and fall is officially near. It's exciting and scary all at the same time for me-- EXCITING because I am getting HITCHED and SCARY because I feel like there is so much to do! But bring on the Fall! I am ready for cooler temps and fall fashions!  

1. What was your favorite trip/vacation/activity this summer?

I didn't go on a vacation this summer because of our wedding and we are taking a honeymoon right afterwards. Soooo I would have to say my favorite thing(s) have been wedding planning and taking our Engagement pictures.

Here is one of my faves. It was so much fun!

2. What was your favorite outfit look of the summer/clothing item?

I was loving the long Maxi skirts! So comfy!

3. What is one thing you wish you had gotten to do this summer?

Go the the BEACH!!!!! I could live there!

4. What was your favorite song of the summer?

Josh Turner's Time is Love

5. What was your favorite movie/tv show of the summer?

I saw 21 Jump Street and Dark Knight Rises. Some parts of 21 were funny to me but I have to say that I liked DKR better.

It is so tragic what took place with the shooting in Colorado. I cannot imagine what the victim's families are going through right now.
